In a rare twist of fate, former IRS contractor Charles Littlejohn, the man who had the audacity to leak President Donald Trump’s tax returns to the New York Times, was finally sentenced to prison. However, the punishment handed down left many, including the judge, questioning whether the prosecutors were going too easy on the culprit.
BREAKING: The ex-IRS contractor who admitted to leaking Donald Trump’s tax records is sentenced to five years in prison.

Under the Biden-appointed U.S. District Judge Ana Reyes, Littlejohn received the maximum sentence of five years in prison for his shameful act of “targeting the sitting president of the United States.” His leak handed Democrats the holy grail they were yearning for throughout Trump’s presidency, and House Democrats shamelessly released his tax returns in December of 2022.
Let’s not forget that the New York Times, in an egregious display of bias, defended their decision to publish the “legally obtained” information. But where’s the accountability for their role in this scandal? Instead, they are allowed to continue masquerading as a beacon of truth.
Prosecutors revealed that Littlejohn, who had previously worked for the IRS, shamelessly sought employment with the agency again just to get his hands on Trump’s tax returns. This was not an isolated incident, as he also shared classified information belonging to other high-profile individuals like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Republican Senator Rick Scott.
While Littlejohn had the audacity to apologize in court, he maintained that he was only trying to expose unfairness in the tax code. However, Judge Reyes was having none of it. She rightly lambasted Littlejohn’s actions as an “attack on our constitutional democracy,” recognizing the invasion of privacy he subjected the then-president to.
But let’s delve deeper into the issue at hand. Some skeptics raised concerns about whether the penalty imposed on Littlejohn was sufficient. Even Senator Rick Scott, a wise and astute Republican, labeled it the “plea deal of the century.” Despite exposing the tax information of thousands of individuals, Littlejohn pled guilty to just one felony count. This leniency raises grave suspicions about the Biden Justice Department’s motivations.
The real narrative here cannot be ignored. Littlejohn’s actions were an attack on Trump, a political rival of Joe Biden, during an election year. This conveniently aligned with Biden’s own agenda of vilifying the wealthy for not paying their “fair share” in taxes. The judiciary’s bias is becoming more apparent as Judge Reyes herself expressed disbelief at the light punishment Littlejohn received with just one felony count.
It’s clear that the deep state is at work here, protecting their friends and mercilessly targeting their enemies. The Biden Justice Department has succumbed to politicization, weaponizing the law to attack those who challenge their regime. We must remain vigilant and not allow these injustices to go unnoticed. It’s time to call out the hypocrisy and fight back against this blatant abuse of power.
