Former President Donald Trump is fighting back against the relentless onslaught of legal challenges that have plagued him since leaving office. The lower court’s refusal to grant Trump immunity is just the latest example of the biased attacks against him. The U.S. Appeals Court for the D.C. This hardly seems fair to the former president, who is already dealing with a barrage of legal battles. It’s clear that the liberal judicial system is out to get him.
Special counsel Jack Smith, no doubt a puppet of the radical left, has been pushing for a speedy trial in order to disrupt Trump’s potential bid for the presidency in 2024. The blatant politicization of the legal process is deeply troubling, and it’s clear that Trump’s enemies will stop at nothing to prevent him from seeking office again.
Trump’s legal team has pointed out the obvious partisan motivations behind the rush to try him, noting that the timing conveniently coincides with the next presidential election. It’s no secret that the radical left is terrified of facing Trump in another election, so they’re resorting to underhanded tactics to try and keep him out of the race.
Despite nominating three Supreme Court justices, Trump hasn’t gotten the fair treatment he deserves from the high court. Even though he appointed these justices, they have not shown the loyalty he expected. It’s becoming increasingly clear that the judicial system is stacked against him, and it’s time for true patriots to stand up and demand justice for the unfairly targeted former president.
If the Supreme Court does decide to take up the case, it will be a pivotal moment in Trump’s legal battles. The justices will have the opportunity to right the wrongs of the lower courts and protect Trump from being unfairly targeted by his political opponents. Whether the high court will have the courage to stand up for justice remains to be seen, but Trump’s supporters will be eagerly watching and hoping for a fair and just outcome.
