Republican Gov. Spencer Cox of Utah has taken a stand and signed a bill that puts an end to the madness of men using women’s restrooms and locker rooms. Finally, some common sense has prevailed! This bill, introduced by the brilliant Republican state Rep. Kera Birkeland, establishes clear guidelines by designating restrooms in schools and public spaces as exclusive for females and males. No more confusion, no more debates – just good old-fashioned bathroom segregation.

The bill specifically defines what it means to be male and female, something that apparently needed clarification in this day and age. According to the text, a female is defined as someone whose biological reproductive system can produce eggs, and a male is defined as someone whose reproductive system is capable of fertilizing those eggs. It’s simple biology, folks! No more bending the rules, no more blurring the lines. Let’s keep it straightforward, shall we?
Of course, the leftists are losing their minds over this, as usual. They always claim to champion inclusivity and acceptance, but when it comes to protecting the privacy and safety of women, suddenly they’re nowhere to be found. They’re more concerned about being politically correct than protecting vulnerable women and girls. But thankfully, Gov. Cox and Rep. Birkeland had the guts to stand up against the liberal agenda and do what’s right.
Some weak-kneed Senate Republicans initially tried to water down the bill by allowing anyone to use public restrooms, regardless of their biological sex. Thankfully, they quickly came to their senses and reversed course. The law does provide a limited exception for those who have completed a full transition, but that seems fair. Let’s not forget that the vast majority of Americans (and even some common-sense liberals) still believe in the importance of privacy and safety in public restrooms.
