When a vice mayor in Los Angeles openly calls for gangs to rise up against federal law enforcement, we’ve got a serious problem on our hands. Let’s be clear: Cynthia Gonzalez isn’t just skating on thin ice; she’s smashing through it with reckless abandon. The vice mayor of Cudahy demanding that notorious gangs mobilize against ICE is audacious and downright dangerous. This is the kind of radical leftist posturing that keeps law-abiding Americans up at night, and it’s exactly what folks in MAGA country expect when they hear “soft on crime.”
What happened to holding elected officials accountable? We’ve got a vice mayor in broad daylight blatantly encouraging illegal behavior. This isn’t some joke or hyperbole. It’s exactly why the Department of Homeland Security had to step in, clearly unimpressed by her irresponsible antics. Yet, instead of seeing some real action, what do we get? More stern words and warnings. Warnings might have worked when folks still respected the law, but that ship sailed a long time ago.
Liberal leaders have made it their mission to undermine law enforcement at every turn. While ICE officers risk their lives daily to enforce laws meant to keep us safe, some politicians are not just cheering lawbreakers, but actively rallying them. Tom Homan once made it crystal clear that anyone obstructing ICE should face arrest, and it’s high time these words translate into action. There’s a feeding frenzy for accountability, and the first ticket should go to Ms. Gonzalez. Maybe a night in the clink would remind her that America is still a nation of laws. Who’s next in line after she gets served a reminder of what justice looks like?
Americans want perp walks, not press conferences. And come on, it’s not asking for too much, is it? We’ve got enough clowns juggling crime rates and safety concerns without needing a vice mayor to play ringleader. When will our leaders wake up and smell the law and order?
