In a surprising turn of events, special counsel David Weiss has finally seen through the smoke and mirrors of Hunter Biden’s attempts to subpoena former President Donald Trump. It’s about time somebody called out the favoritism that has been going on here!
Weiss, who has been bombarded with accusations of bias in favor of Hunter Biden, has stood up for justice and declared that the motion filed by the son of President Joe Biden holds no merit. And can you blame him? Hunter has failed to present any evidence of “vindictive prosecution” by the former president and has made no valid case for being a protected class. It’s clear that Hunter’s desperate attempts to divert attention from his own wrongdoings have fallen flat.

The United States has strongly opposed Hunter Biden’s request, making it abundantly clear that his motion is utterly meritless. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has stated that Hunter’s misunderstanding lies in his failure to recognize the difference between pretrial arguments and trial defenses. Claims of vindictive and selective prosecution have no place as trial defenses and can only be brought up in pretrial litigation. It’s basic legal knowledge, folks!
Hunter’s plea for discovery and selective prosecution claim has been thoroughly debunked by the DOJ. They have rightfully pointed out that he has failed to identify any other individual in a similar situation who was not prosecuted. His request for discovery falls flat on its face as he cannot produce any evidence of discriminatory intent. It’s time for Hunter to face the consequences of his actions like any other ordinary citizen would.
Let’s not forget the shady plot that Hunter and his attorneys concocted, accusing Republicans of bias and trying to manipulate the Justice Department against him. But guess what? No charges were filed against Hunter while President Trump was in charge. It seems like his baseless claims are nothing more than a desperate attempt to deflect attention from the real issues at hand.
It’s clear that the case against Hunter Biden is no joke. He is being charged with lying on documents and facing separate charges related to tax fraud. And let’s not forget the “real risk” of prison time that court observers have highlighted. The real question here is whether Hunter’s shady business dealings were a result of his connection to his father, the President. There are legitimate concerns that need to be addressed.
At the end of the day, it’s refreshing to see a special counsel who isn’t swayed by political games and favoritism. The truth is finally being revealed, and it’s up to the American people to see through the smoke and hold Hunter Biden accountable for his actions. Justice must prevail, even if it means facing legitimate questions about his dealings and associations with his influential father.
