The White House seems to be giving a whole new meaning to the term “alternative facts” with their latest attempt to spin the sky-high inflation rates on President Biden’s watch. Press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre has the audacity to claim that the factors causing prices to soar were already in place before Biden even stepped foot in the Oval Office. This is like blaming the previous homeowners for a leaky roof after you’ve been living in the house for months!

It’s not a stretch to say that this is just another desperate attempt to deflect blame from the Biden administration’s disastrous economic policies. Gas prices are through the roof, grocery bills are climbing faster than a monkey up a tree, and average Americans are feeling the squeeze while the White House plays the blame game. It’s like they think we all just fell off the turnip truck yesterday!
Let’s call a spade a spade here: it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see that President Biden’s reckless spending, bloated government programs, and job-killing regulations have contributed to the inflation crisis. It’s like he’s playing a real-life game of Monopoly with the country’s economy, and unfortunately, it’s the hardworking American taxpayers who are left picking up the pieces.
The Biden administration can try to spin these alarming inflation rates all they want, but the American people aren’t buying it. It’s time for them to own up to the consequences of their policies and start putting the interests of hardworking Americans first. Until then, they can save their excuses and spin for the next campfire sing-along.
