It’s an outright farce when a president, or lack thereof, is said to be running the country yet relies on a mechanical device to sign off on crucial decisions. The gadgetry of the autopen isn’t just a joke—it’s an affront to the dignity of the presidency. This is a government operating on autopilot, with citizens kept in the dark about who’s actually pulling the strings. The bureaucratic dodgers have been exposed, with hints that Biden has been more figurehead than commander-in-chief.
