In today’s episode of the Liberal Outrage Show, we have Senator Bernie Sanders, the self-proclaimed democratic socialist, accusing President Trump of steering America toward authoritarianism. Is there anything new under the sun? When Trump exercises his constitutional powers to deploy the National Guard to keep order in Los Angeles County, liberals see tyranny. Yet, if their own leaders did the same, they’d call it “defending democracy.” The double standards they peddle are as transparent as ever.
Why is Sanders worked up? Because immigration officers and protesters are clashing. In a world where chaos seems to be accepted by the left as “freedom of expression,” deploying the National Guard is branded as a power grab. Let’s get real here: America doesn’t need anarchy in the streets. Public safety should always come first. If deploying the National Guard is what it takes, then that is the responsibility of a president serious about law and order.
This isn’t about authoritarianism; it’s about protecting American citizens from chaos and violence. The left loves to paint these pictures of doom whenever Trump takes a strong stance. People are tired of their neighborhoods being disrupted by protesters who think they can rule the streets without consequence. Between the cries of “authoritarianism” and the calls for open borders, it’s hard to keep up with the left’s mixed messages.

Let’s talk about how Sanders’ outrage fits perfectly in the liberals’ globalist agenda. They want open borders, unrestricted movement of people, and a diminished national identity. That’s why they oppose any measure that defends national sovereignty and law enforcement. They’ve forgotten that a nation that can’t control its borders is hardly a nation at all.
So, why the constant screech from the left about Trump’s actions? Because they’re running scared. They see a leader who puts America first and they just can’t handle it. As the liberals continue to clutch their pearls and cry wolf, one has to wonder: when will they finally accept that Trump’s America is about safety and strength, not submission to chaos?
