Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez (D-N.Y.) has once more demonstrated her lack of discernment by making remarks that are merely absurd, rendering her as out of touch as President Joe Biden.
AOC alleged in a recent hearing on Title IX that it is discriminatory to black women to prohibit transgender athletes from competing against women, which was an outrageous and unfounded claim. She went so far as to claim that prohibiting males from competing against women is sexist, racist, and transphobic. It is as if she is continuously fabricating details!

However, there is more! Additionally, with regard to the prohibition of biological males from participating in women's sports, AOC audaciously proposed that "genital examinations" be mandatory for "all" underage women. It appears that she is disseminating false information and sowing dread in order to advance her radical agenda.
Following the Ohio state Senate astutely withdrawing a contentious provision from a state House proposal that would have prohibited biological males from contending against females, these absurd remarks are made. The proposal, which would have necessitated "internal and external" examinations to verify the gender of a student-athlete, was fortunately abandoned. In its place, Ohio Senate Republicans enacted a significantly more rational stipulation mandating that student-athletes who are unsure of their gender identities provide an authentic copy of their birth certificate in order to participate in competitions. Someone should immediately apply some common logic to this discussion!
Furthermore, to add insult to injury, AOC dared to broach the subject of abortion, implying that states are gathering information on women's reproductive cycles as part of a malicious scheme to criminalize abortion access. It is evident that her intention is to divert attention from the true matter at hand and incite apprehension through the use of illogical parallels.
The hearing in which the AOC was present centered on the proposed rule changes to Title IX by the Biden Administration. These changes would expand the definition of sex discrimination to encompass "gender identity." Approval of these amendments would grant Title IX anti-discrimination safeguards to all individuals who identify as women, irrespective of their biological sex. The translation is… No longer would women's sports be restricted to biological females. This action disregards the principles of equity and rationality.
Fortunately, this nonsense is not lost on the majority of Americans, as 69 percent of Americans believe transgender athletes should only compete on sports teams that correspond to their biological gender, according to a Gallup poll. It is evident that AOC has once more lost contact with mainstream America, as she continues to propagate radical ideas that are antithetical to the current state of affairs.
