In a classic display of left-wing judicial activism, a federal judge appointed by Joe Biden stepped way out of line. This judge ordered Trump to open America’s doors to 12,000 refugees, showing complete disregard for the American taxpayers who have to foot the colossal $180 million bill. This move undermines Trump’s sensible America-First agenda, highlighting a serious issue with activist judges meddling where they don’t belong.
The judge’s action directly opposes Trump’s executive decision to temporarily halt refugee admissions. Trump’s decision wasn’t random; it was a thoughtful response to what everyone knows—our nation is struggling to handle an overwhelming wave of migrants. American communities are already drowning in record migration levels, with cities like New York and Chicago pleading for federal help. Yet, here comes a Biden-appointed judge, making the pile-on bigger and the burden heavier.

All of this comes from a legal system that seems more concerned with globalist interests than those of hardworking Americans. Instead of prioritizing the needs of its citizens, this judge’s ruling sides with refugee organizations that thrive on federal funding. Apparently, these groups’ financial benefits are more important than the countless Americans who are homeless or hungry.
It’s laughable that the judge doesn’t care about the unfair financial burden dumped on Americans. His ruling suggests uprooting the lives of refugees is an inconvenience, but what about the inconvenience imposed on struggling U.S. citizens? If this judge is so worried about foreigners, perhaps he should invite these 12,000 refugees to move into his own neighborhood.
The American people should ask themselves: why do unelected judges hold so much power over decisions that affect our nation’s safety and economy? It’s time to stop rogue judges from running amok and put decision-making back in the hands of elected officials who prioritize American interests. When will the left wake up and finally put Americans first?
