In a recent speech given by President Joe Biden, he made a major oopsie by mispronouncing the name of Laken Riley, a young woman tragically murdered. Instead of correctly saying her name, he called her “Lincoln Riley,” who is apparently some football guy. Talk about a fumble!

The poor mother of Laken, Allyson Phillips, was understandably ticked off by this slip-up. She took to social media to vent her frustrations and boy, did she not hold back! She called out Biden for not even knowing her daughter’s name, labeling his mistake as pathetic. And you know what? She’s absolutely right! How hard is it to get a person’s name right, especially when paying tribute to them?
To make matters worse, Biden tried to use the tragedy of Laken’s murder to push his immigration bill, which many believe is a total disaster. The bill would let in a whopping 5,000 illegal aliens every single day and offer a path to citizenship for millions of lawbreakers. What a joke! And then when House Republicans called him out on it, he just dug himself a deeper hole by mispronouncing Laken’s name yet again. Talk about disrespecting the deceased!
It’s clear that President Biden’s priorities are all mixed up. Instead of focusing on securing the border and protecting American citizens, he’s too busy flubbing names and pushing his disastrous immigration policies. Shame on him for using Laken’s tragic death as a political prop. This whole situation is a prime example of Biden’s incompetence and lack of respect for the rule of law. Hopefully, he’ll learn to think before he speaks next time. But then again, we’re talking about Joe Biden here, so who knows?
