Biden Ignores 9/11 Families, Eyes Alaska Trip Amid Terrorist Plea Deal

To mark the 22nd anniversary of 9/11, US President Joe Biden has decided to commemorate the day in an unconventional manner. Instead of going to the usual sites of the attacks, such as New York City, Pennsylvania, and Virginia, he will be visiting an Alaska military base. This is a strange choice, as it seems like the country is commemorating the event in a strange way.

While Biden is in Alaska, his wife, Jill, and his second gentleman, Doug Emhoff, will be participating in various events in New York. First Lady Biden will also be laying a memorial wreath at the Pentagon.

The families of those who died on September 11 are concerned about Joe Biden's priorities. Over 2,000 of them have urged the president not to reach a plea agreement with the five terrorists at the Guantanamo Bay detention facility. These individuals have been held since 2006.

The families of the victims are asking for the death penalty to be considered for the individuals who carried out the attacks. It is a powerful message that they want to receive justice. Unfortunately, instead of focusing on the victims, Biden is more concerned with the situation in Alaska.

Hopefully, Biden will listen to their concerns and put the interests of the country above those of the terrorist suspects. But, given his track record, it's not surprising if he fails again.
