The robocall provides a contact number for Kathy Sullivan, who heads a super PAC encouraging New Hampshire residents to write in Biden's name on their primary ballots. Discovered by several individuals on Sunday, those who received the calls alerted Sullivan, though it remains unclear who precisely orchestrated these deceptive messages.
Sullivan, pointing fingers, remarked, "It's obviously somebody who wants to hurt Joe Biden," a sentiment echoed by many.
