Gifts and valuable things have been sent to Hunter Biden, and the U.K. Daily Mail recently wrote about an interesting real estate deal involving President Joe Biden. President Biden sold his home in Delaware for $1.2 million in 1996, which was more than six times what he paid for it twenty years before. The buyer was a top executive from the credit card company MBNA, which gave a lot of money to Biden's bid for the Senate. It's interesting that MBNA hired Hunter Biden the same year, and he quickly became senior vice president of the company.

At the time of the sale, both Biden and MBNA said that the price was fair. However, the house is only worth about $1.65 million now. Delaware home prices have been going up steadily for the past 25 years, so if the original sale price was correct, the house should be worth more than $3 million now. Also, when he was a senator, Biden backed bankruptcy laws that helped credit card companies like MBNA, even though most Senate Democrats, including Barack Obama, were against them.
Biden bought an empty lot for $350,000 with the money he made from selling the house. This was another interesting real estate deal. Keith Stoltz, a real estate developer, had bought the house five years ago for the same price and gained nothing from it. Stoltz and his family have been Biden fans for a long time and have given a lot of money to his campaigns over the years. Records also show that Stoltz gave money to Biden's campaign in the same month that the land sale was completed. Both sides deny getting special treatment or benefits in the deal.
