Biden’s Fake Oval Office Stirs Authenticity and Competency Concerns

Alina Habba, a senior aide to former President Trump, has shed light on what can only be described as a theatrical deception employed by the current administration. According to her revelations, President Biden has been using a “fake Oval Office” for various public appearances, raising questions about not just the authenticity of the presidential set, but also the man himself. This sets the stage for a deeper inquiry into the mental acuity of a gentleman who often seems more at home in a sitcom than in the highest office of the land.

Habba, who has a history of fighting back against what is often referred to as the “witch hunts” targeting Trump, gave her social media followers a tour of this so-called Oval Office, which apparently boasts all the decorum of a Hollywood production set. In a video shared online, she showcased state-of-the-art equipment—including blinding lights and teleprompters—designed to help Biden navigate the choppy waters of public speaking without tripping over his own words. After all, nothing says “presidential” like a glorified TV studio set.

The entire ambiance of the room suggested that crafty optics took precedence over authenticity. Habba, seated behind the faux Resolute Desk, pointed out the absurdity of it all, noting the close proximity of the teleprompter—just inches from where Biden would be expected to speak. Here was a staged environment that looked more like a poorly executed live broadcast than the executive office of the leader of the free world.

This elaborate setup was cleverly devised in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building and included not just artificial lighting but an elaborate backdrop complete with fake windows and a digital rendering of the Rose Garden. This imaginary Rose Garden was apparently dressed for a photo op, ensuring each public statement could be cushioned by a picturesque view instead of reality. It is a classic case of style over substance, a hallmark of the Biden era.

Commentators like Stephen Miller have pointed out that Biden’s reliance on this virtual set suggests a reluctance—or inability—to engage with the public in traditional settings like the actual Oval Office. Instead, he opts for the comforting embrace of a setting that allows him to read off a monitor without the sort of fumbling that might be witnessed if he were left to his own devices. The idea seems to be that if you can stage the presidency like a sitcom, you can keep up appearances, even if the audience is starting to see through the smoke and mirrors.
