In a shocking turn of events, it has come to light that the White House attempted to strong-arm the special counsel, Robert Hur, into making alterations to his report on President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents. During his testimony on Tuesday, Hur revealed to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan that the White House did indeed request edits and changes to the draft report. Can you believe it, folks? The audacity of this administration knows no bounds!

Hur even went so far as to claim that one reason he didn’t recommend criminal charges against Biden was because of his supposedly “limited” memory. Give me a break! He said Biden would come across as a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” What a load of baloney! It’s as if they’re trying to paint him as some innocent old grandpa who just happened to misplace some classified documents. Absurd!
But it doesn’t end there, my fellow patriots. It seems that the White House even went as far as to dispute Hur’s comments about Biden’s memory loss. They tried to get him to alter references to that matter in his report. Can you imagine the nerve of these people? They went over Hur’s head to Attorney General Merrick Garland, raising the same concerns about Biden’s memory loss. It’s just one thing after another with this administration.
And let’s not forget the transcript of Hur’s interview with Biden, which was released earlier that morning. It revealed that Biden struggled to remember key dates and claimed he was unfamiliar with how classified documents ended up in his possession. This is the leader of our country, folks! If the shoe were on the other foot, you can bet the liberal media would be having a field day with this.
But the real kicker is the comparison with how former President Donald Trump was treated. Special counsel Jack Smith recommended criminal charges for Trump’s mishandling of classified documents. The hypocrisy is off the charts! It’s clear that there’s one set of rules for Republicans and another for Democrats.
In the end, it’s yet another example of the lengths this administration will go to in order to protect their own. It’s up to us, the American people, to hold them accountable and demand transparency and fairness in our government. Let’s make our voices heard, and let’s not forget this come election time!
