Joe Biden’s recent appearance at the NAACP event in Vegas was a cringe-worthy display of the President’s ongoing struggles. From mispronouncing the organization’s name to his constant shouting, Biden’s speech left many wondering if he’s truly in control of his faculties. Even with the aid of a teleprompter, Biden stumbled through his talking points, highlighting his apparent senility.
One of the key points of Biden’s speech was his new rent control plan, which has been met with widespread criticism. The idea of capping rent hikes at five percent a year is seen as economically unsound, with potential disastrous consequences for the housing market. Biden’s claims of making homeownership more affordable ring hollow as mortgage interest rates have surged under his administration, contradicting his assertions.

Perhaps the most concerning moment of Biden’s speech was his praise for the BLM riots of 2020, which caused widespread destruction and chaos across the country. By endorsing such violent behavior, Biden is sending a dangerous message to potential rioters that their actions will go unpunished under his watch. This blatant disregard for law and order is something that voters need to seriously consider as they head to the polls in the upcoming election.
