In a shocking turn of events, the State Department is reportedly considering rewarding Hamas for their heinous terror attack on October 7th. Yes, you heard that right – rewarding terrorists! According to reports, the Biden administration is exploring ways to recognize a Palestinian state, a move that would completely upend longstanding U.S. policy and send a dangerous message to terrorists around the world.
Now, we all know that Hamas is not exactly a group of peace-loving individuals. They have made it their mission to target innocent Israeli civilians and spread death and destruction wherever they go. And what does the State Department want to do? Reward them for their actions! It’s absolutely mind-boggling.

Just think about the implications here. If the United States were to recognize a Palestinian state, it would essentially legitimize and embolden Hamas. This terrorist organization, with the help of Iran no less, launched a horrific attack that killed hundreds of people. They have shown time and time again that they have no regard for human life. And yet, the Biden administration is willing to overlook all of that and consider giving them official recognition as a state.
Not only would this be a slap in the face to Israel, our closest ally in the Middle East, but it would also undermine the progress made under the Trump administration’s Abraham Accords. These peace agreements were a historic breakthrough, bringing together several Arab nations and Israel in a spirit of cooperation and mutual recognition. But if the United States were to recognize a Palestinian state without Israel’s consent, it would effectively destroy these accords and set the region back on a dangerous path.
The Biden administration claims that there has been no policy change and that any recognition of a Palestinian state should come through direct negotiations between the parties. But actions speak louder than words, and the fact that the State Department is even considering this option speaks volumes. It raises serious doubts about the competence and judgment of those making our foreign policy decisions.
Let’s be clear: recognizing Palestinian statehood after what Hamas has done would be a grave mistake. Hamas is a terrorist organization that thrives on violence and chaos. They have shown time and time again that they are not interested in peace or coexistence. They are interested in spreading fear and destruction. Rewarding them with statehood would only embolden them to continue their reign of terror.
It’s time for the State Department to put a stop to this madness and prioritize the safety and security of our allies, particularly Israel. Recognizing a Palestinian state is not the answer. It’s time to stand firm against terrorism and send a clear message that the United States will not bow down to those who seek to harm innocent lives.
Unfortunately, this is just another example of the Biden administration’s misguided approach to foreign policy. They seem to be more concerned with appeasing our enemies than standing up for our values and principles. And that is a dangerous path to go down. We need leaders who are willing to put America and her allies first, not reward terrorists for their actions.

As a conservative, I couldn’t agree more with his assessment of this troubling situation. It’s time for the Biden administration to wake up and start putting America’s interests first.
