In shocking news from the Lone Star state, a Texan has been hit with a bad case of bird flu! That’s right, folks, the Texas Department of State Health Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) confirmed this alarming development just the other day.
Seems this fella got himself tested and came up positive for a highly contagious strain of bird flu, making him the first human to catch it since it popped up in dairy cows all over the place. Apparently, this unlucky chap worked at a dairy farm where these poor cows were found to be carrying the dreaded H5N1 strain, as per the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Now, liberals might try to spin this as some kind of environmental crisis, but let’s be real here – accidents happen! It ain’t the end of the world just ’cause a guy got a little too cozy with some sick cows. And hey, conjunctivitis is just a fancy word for pink eye – nothing a little rest and some good ol’ Republican resilience can’t handle!
Despite all the hooting and hollering, Texas Agriculture Commissioner Sid Miller rightly pointed out that we ain’t even sure if this poor soul got the virus straight from them cows or if there’s some other sneaky source at play. And let’s give credit where it’s due – the CDC says the risk to us regular folks is about as low as a politician’s approval rating!
