Chicago’s Far-Left Mayor Brandon Johnson is at it again, folks! This time, he’s demanding that President Biden start handing out work permits like candy to nearly half a million illegal immigrants in Illinois. Can you believe it? Johnson, who just loves cozying up to those open border advocates, is pushing for economic opportunities for folks who shouldn’t even be in the country in the first place!

Now, I don’t know about you, but last time I checked, illegal means ILLEGAL! These folks broke the law to get here, and now Mayor Johnson wants to reward them with work permits? What kind of message does that send to hard-working Americans who follow the rules and wait in line to come to this great country legally?
And get this, according to the Chicago Sun-Times, business leaders are all giddy about the idea of more cheap labor flooding the market. Of course they are! Who wouldn’t want to save a buck by hiring someone who’s willing to work for less because they’re not supposed to be here in the first place? It’s just plain unfair to American workers who are struggling to make ends meet.
It’s not just Chicago feeling the strain of this illegal immigration crisis. Cities all over the country are drowning under the weight of thousands of migrants pouring across the border every year. And who’s left holding the bag? You got it, hard-working taxpayers like you and me. Meanwhile, Mayor Johnson is out here begging the Biden administration for more money to clean up the mess he helped create. Classic.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve had enough of these far-left mayors like Brandon Johnson and their open border agenda. It’s time to put America first and start enforcing our laws, not rewarding those who break them. Sorry, Mayor Johnson, but handing out work permits to illegal immigrants is just plain wrong, no matter how you spin it!
