Donald Trump No Longer the Favorite to Win 2024 Election According to Oddsmakers

After suffering several losses in the midterms, Donald Trump has been replaced as the favorite to win the 2024 presidential election by Ron DeSantis of Florida.

Various oddsmakers have DeSantis as the favorite to become the next US president. Trump is currently in second place, while Joe Biden is third.

Since winning the Florida governor's race, DeSantis has been regarded as the main rival of Trump for the Republican nomination in 2024. The former president is expected to officially confirm his intention to run in the next couple of days.

The oddsmakers put DeSantis ahead of Trump now after a number of the candidates that Trump supported lost. Many of these candidates had supported Trump's narritive that the 2020 election had been rigged.

William Hill has listed DeSantis at 5/2 to win the presidential election in 2024, while Trump is at 3/1. Irish bookmakers Paddy Power have listed Trump at 7/2 and DeSantis at 9/4.

Other sites such as BetVictor and Coral also have DeSantis as the favorite to win the presidential election in 2024.
