Disgraced journalist Geraldo Rivera made waves once again during a recent live TV interview discussing O.J. Simpson’s recent death. Rivera questioned whether any evidence would have convinced a Black woman juror from Simpson’s trial of his guilt. His guest called out Rivera for potentially implying Black people lack the ability to evaluate evidence on a jury, to which Rivera defended himself but conceded to the point of supposed racism in the justice system.
