Vice President Kamala Harris is once again stirring the pot with her relentless claims about Russia’s alleged meddling in the 2016 US Presidential election. Despite the whole world moving on, Harris just can’t seem to let go of this dead horse. During a recent talk at The New York Times DealBook Summit, Harris went off on a tangent about Russia’s so-called interference, conveniently sidestepping a question about regulating TikTok. It’s like she’s stuck in a time warp, reliving the glory days of the Senate Intelligence Committee.
Harris ranted about the spread of disinformation via social media, pointing an accusatory finger at Russia for supposedly targeting specific American groups with lies and deceit. She dramatically emphasized how the American people’s confidence in their institutions was under attack. But come on, Kamala, it’s 2023! Let’s talk about the real issues at hand, shall we?

The fact that Harris can’t resist resurrecting the long-debunked Russia narrative is just another testament to the Democrats’ obsession with anything anti-Trump. They keep beating this worn-out drum, even though the Mueller investigation already put the matter to bed. But for Harris and her comrades, it’s like a worn-out teddy bear they can’t bear to part with.
Meanwhile, at the same event, the ever-entertaining Elon Musk dropped a bombshell by telling off Disney and other companies planning to boycott X. In response to the left-wing boycott, Musk bluntly told them to “go f**k yourself.” He didn’t mince words, making it clear that he won’t be blackmailed by advertising dollars. It was a moment that left the audience, including the host Andrew Sorkin, visibly stunned. Maybe Harris could take a page from Musk’s book and drop the outdated talking points, and X could probably use a dose of Musk’s boldness too.
