Hunter Biden, the son of Joe Biden, has been in a dispute with his former partner, Lunden Roberts, over child support. He initially sought to have the monthly payment reduced. However, the judge who was overseeing the case asked for more information about his finances before ruling on the matter.
A lawyer for Roberts had accused Biden of delaying providing financial data, and the judge was displeased with the redactions in the documents. Biden was deposed last week, and Roberts showed up unexpectedly.
According to a source close to Biden, he and Roberts have settled their differences. The former's monthly payment was reportedly reduced to $5,000, while the latter's demand for the use of Biden's name for their daughter was not addressed.

It occurred just a day after Biden received a plea deal, which could result in him serving no additional time. It is suspicious that these matters are being resolved just as Biden is planning on running for president in 2024.
It is heartbreaking that the Biden family did not acknowledge the Navy's existence despite Jill Biden's book, which was dedicated to her grandchildren. This is one of the most distressing things in the situation. It is also possible that Hunter Biden will be charged with contempt for not providing the necessary financial data.
