Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently endorsed Democratic Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee in her bid to become the mayor of Houston. While Clinton had glowing words of support for Lee, it seems that the congresswoman’s behavior towards her staff tells a different story. An audio recording released by a conservative Texas blog, Current Revolt, captures Lee launching into a profanity-laced tirade directed at her employees.
The incident appears to have been triggered by a missing document related to a political activist named Ovide Duncantell. Lee becomes increasingly agitated, using expletives and berating her staff for not having the information she needed. It is clear from the audio that Lee’s behavior is far from professional.
