Former First Lady Jill Biden has taken on a new role in the liberal sanctuary of California, joining a global think tank. The Milken Institute, known for its globalist ambitions, has appointed her to lead a women’s health network. The Left seems to adore this move, championing it as a groundbreaking step in women’s health. Yet, let’s not be fooled by the shiny veneer.
For years, the Left has boasted about its commitment to women’s health, but where are the actual results? Under their watch, issues like endometriosis have lingered without significant advancement. Are big words like “galvanizing participation” and “supercharging innovation” simply today’s buzzwords meant to distract the public from the lack of concrete action that has marked past initiatives?
This new role comes after Jill Biden’s stint with the White House Initiative on Women’s Health Research. They even claim it changed the nation’s approach to women’s health research. Yet, many Americans might wonder, changed for the better or simply repackaged the same old ideas?

The appointment seems like more of the same. It’s another opportunity for the so-called champions of women’s health to pat each other on the back while sipping lattes in their ivory towers. The network’s commitment to collaboration sounds great, but when did the Left ever put those words into action? Will this be another case of talk without tangible benefit to American women?
Jill Biden says she’s “honored,” but the real question is: honored for what? Honored to continue promoting the same ineffective strategies that didn’t work before? Instead of unifying leaders globally, how about fixing what’s broken here at home first? This isn’t leadership—it’s more liberal lip service. Can America really trust the liberal elites to lead the charge on women’s health, or is it time for real change?
