Sen. John Kennedy went to town on President Biden, giving him a verbal lashing for blaming the media for his plummeting popularity. The Louisiana Republican didn’t hold back, letting loose a verbal barrage on Fox News, saying that folks in his state consider the President about as popular as an outbreak of herpes.

Kennedy didn’t mince words, pointing the finger at Biden’s policies as the real reason for his lack of love in Louisiana. He suggested that the good people of Louisiana are wise and can see through the Biden administration’s shenanigans. According to Kennedy, they believe that the administration’s foolishness knows no bounds, stretching from the river to the sea.
The senator didn’t stop there. He took aim at Biden’s handling of the southern border, calling it a real doozy. Kennedy claimed that the mess at the border was all Biden’s doing, dubbing it a “man-made” disaster and even dropping Biden’s name as the culprit behind it all. According to Kennedy, the Biden administration has been dragging its heels on securing the border, leaving it wide open for all kinds of trouble to waltz right in.
And if Biden thought he could waltz into the Senate and get some smooth sailing for his spending plans, Kennedy had some news for him – no dice. Kennedy boldly stated that without beefed-up border security, Biden’s spending proposals wouldn’t stand a chance in the Senate. It’s like trying to build a sandcastle on a foundation of Jell-O – it just ain’t gonna hold up.
And as Congress packed up for the holidays, Kennedy made it clear that Biden’s dreams of getting funding for Ukraine and the southern border would be as elusive as a snowball in a heatwave. He suggested that the White House was trying to hook those two issues together, but Republicans weren’t having it. They argued that the border needed more muscle behind it before they’d fork over any funding. Kennedy didn’t mince words on this, making it apparent that Biden’s plan would hit a wall faster than a bug on a windshield.
