Still, questions linger about whether a drone should have been deployed to ensure the course was clear before Trump teed off.
In a shocking twist of logic, the Washington Post and other liberal outlets have turned the victim into the villain. Instead of condemning the would-be assassin, they’ve chosen to spin rhetoric that somehow suggests Trump is to blame for the attempt on his life. It seems the Left is more comfortable playing a blame game than confronting the real issues at hand. If Trump is responsible for the events surrounding January 6, some on the Left argue, then surely Democrats must share the blame for inciting individuals like Routh and Thomas Matthew Crooks, who recently targeted Trump too. It’s a sad state of affairs when victims are scrutinized while their attackers receive a round of applause from the Left.

It’s almost as if they believe he should be hiding in a bunker rather than living his life. The idea that a former president should restrict his activities due to the potential for attack is not only absurd but reveals a deeper flaw in how the Left engages with reality.
While the media continues to dwell on Trump’s leisure activities, the real issue is clear: it is not Trump who incites violence but a culture cultivated by the Left that breeds such behavior. Calls to assassinate political opponents have become a parody within their circles. Instead of owning up to this troubling trend, they’d rather paint Trump as the instigator in a ludicrous attempt to shift blame. The focus ought to be on the alarming rise of violence directed toward those who oppose the Left. It’s baffling how two assassination attempts against a presidential candidate in just 65 days can be swept under the rug while the mainstream narrative remains fixated on trivial matters. As these attempts become commonplace, the public is left wondering who the real extremists in America are. The answer is clear: it’s not the Republicans rallying for law and order, but rather the Democrats who are creating the chaos. Ultimately, the media’s obsession with victim-blaming not only highlights their hypocrisy but also emphasizes the stark divide in America’s political landscape.
