Well, well, well, the liberal media wasted no time in trying to pin the blame on former President Donald Trump for a tragic incident involving a deranged gunman. USA Today’s article quickly jumps to link Trump to the gun manufacturer whose firearm was used by the assailant in a recent shooting.
The article goes on to highlight Trump’s visit to the company’s headquarters back in 2023, where he posed for photos and showed his support for the Second Amendment. Of course, the narrative spins around the fact that Trump had considered purchasing a handgun but refrained from doing so due to his legal situation at the time.
But the left-leaning outlet didn’t stop there. It delved into the history of the manufacturer, trying to create a sinister connection between Trump and the gun used in the crime. Despite the company’s clarification that they were not involved in making the firearm in question, the article still insinuated a guilt by association.

And let’s not forget the typical fear-mongering tactic, with mentions of states banning so-called “AR-Assault style weapons” and the gun industry’s alleged push for more firearms in society. The article conveniently quotes gun control advocates seizing the opportunity to blame the tragic event on Trump’s supposed ties to the gun manufacturer.
In a rather desperate attempt to milk the situation for all it’s worth, the article even brings in a YouTube personality whose merchandise was worn by the gunman. Of course, it’s implied that this somehow reflects poorly on the creator, who rightfully defended his brand and his home against unwanted intruders.
It’s the same old song and dance from the mainstream media – paint Trump as the villain, demonize gun rights supporters, and conveniently ignore the real issues at hand. But conservative Americans see through the smokescreen and recognize the biased storytelling for what it is – a shameless attempt to push a political agenda at the expense of truth and fairness.
