Calacanis couldn’t help but bring up the E. Jean Carroll case and the Trump Organization civil trials, which conveniently aren’t criminal cases. Kelly wasted no time in emphasizing the critical difference between those civil suits and the actual legal battles initiated by Special Counsel Jack Smith, which is emblematic of the Left’s obsession with lawfare. She made it clear that these cases weren’t just mere legal disputes; they were politically motivated antics designed to bog down Trump in a sea of frivolous litigation.
Kelly took the opportunity to unveil the underbelly of the Left’s legal strategies, exposing how New York’s laws were maneuvered to allow Carroll’s suit against Trump. The Trump Organization case emerged as an astonishing spectacle because it lacked tangible victims, with banks supposedly swindled by Trump’s ventures outright stating they didn’t lose any money at all. As per Kelly’s articulate breakdown, it became manifestly clear that a cadre of Democratic lawyers is engaged in a concerted effort to encumber Trump using obscure legal jargon and dubious charges that would make a judge question their sanity.
