As Nikki Haley chatted it up with the folks over at USA Today, she didn’t hold back on her feelings about former President Donald Trump. She made it clear that she thinks he’s “diminished” and even had the gall to suggest that he doesn’t appreciate the military. Can you believe that? But wait, it gets even juicier! When asked if she’d support Trump as the Republican nominee, she was all wishy-washy, saying she “stood by” her pledge to support the nominee, but then she added a little twist, hinting that she might change her tune if he gets convicted. Who does she think she is, flipping and flopping like a fish out of water?
And get this, when the interviewer brought up her recent comment that Trump was “no longer qualified” to be president, she didn’t back down one bit. She’s lagging behind Trump by a whopping 71 percentage points, according to a recent poll. It looks like her chances of the vice presidential slot are about as slim as a pancake in a waffle house. And to think, she was once all cozy with Trump, but now the gloves are off, and it’s getting downright ugly between the two of them. Can’t they just kiss and makeup already?
