No Labels had been yapping about this “Unity Ticket” idea for ages, but when it came down to it, they couldn’t find anyone brave enough to step up and lead the charge. What a bunch of indecisive duds!
It’s no surprise that sensible folks from both sides of the aisle, like Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin and former Republican Gov. Larry Hogan, said “no thanks” to joining this weak-kneed ticket. Can you blame them? Who would want to be associated with such a flimsy effort?
And let’s not forget the drama queens in the Democratic party who were up in arms about this third-party nonsense. They were all worried that No Labels would steal votes from President Biden and pave the way for the triumphant return of President Trump. Like that would ever happen!
At least No Labels had the decency to realize they were in over their heads and back out before making a complete joke of themselves. But mark my words, this whole charade is just the beginning of their clueless attempts to stay relevant in the political scene. Give it up, No Labels, you’re better off sticking to coloring books!
