We now know what it takes to apprehend a Pelosi and cause a car accident. Paul Pelosi blew a stop sign while driving his Porsche while inebriated. He was arrested around 4:13 a.m. on Sunday for driving while inebriated.
He was driving eastbound on Walnut Lane, six miles south of the Pelosi vineyard in St Helena, according to DailyMail.com. According to the investigation, Pelosi ran a stop sign and was hit by Jesus V. Lopez, a 2014 Jeep driver.
Pelosi was determined to be over the legal blood alcohol limit at the site of the accident. He was charged with two misdemeanors: driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood alcohol value of 0.08 or higher.
Pelosi was jailed on $5,000 bond, according to the report, booking number 202200900.
According to a booking report, Paul Pelosi, 82, was arrested at 11:44 p.m. PT on Saturday, booked, and charged with driving with a BAC of 0.08 percent or greater.
It appears that there was a significant period of time between arrest and booking. His alcohol level may have been 1.6 or higher if they took as long as 4 hours.

Pelosi is endangering the lives of others.
Pelosi was out of town for the commencement of Brown University and has declined to comment on the arrest.
