Once again, common sense takes a backseat to misguided policies. The audacity of expecting hardworking American taxpayers to foot the bill for those who break our laws to enter the country is simply beyond belief. Yet, here we are, facing policies that reward illegal immigration with access to taxpayer-funded services.
First off, let's get one thing straight: illegal immigrants are not entitled to American taxpayer money. This isn’t a controversial statement; it’s a basic principle of national sovereignty and fairness. Americans pay taxes to support their communities, fund schools, improve infrastructure, and ensure the safety and well-being of their fellow citizens. It is an affront to those who play by the rules to watch their hard-earned money be used to support those who don’t.
Liberal policies, however, have a different agenda. Sanctuary cities, welfare benefits, healthcare, and now even talk of reparations for illegal immigrants are being pushed. These policies not only undermine the rule of law but also strain the resources meant for citizens and legal immigrants. Instead of rewarding those who respect our laws and processes, we're creating incentives for more illegal crossings and more strain on our public services.
The Democrats’ stance on illegal immigration is baffling. They push for open borders and amnesty, turning a blind eye to the consequences. Crime rates, job competition, and the economic burden on our social systems are conveniently ignored in their utopian vision of a borderless world. This isn't compassion; it’s chaos.
