Supreme Court Greenlights Biden’s Ghost Gun Dictate!

The Supreme Court has made a disappointing decision, allowing the Biden administration’s attack on “ghost guns” to continue. It’s a shame that Justices Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts sided with the liberal wing of the court on this issue.

Let’s start with the term “ghost gun” itself, which was coined by gun control alarmists. It refers to privately made firearms that are not easily traceable because they lack serial numbers. As part of his crackdown on these guns, Biden is treating gun components as if they were fully functioning firearms. This means that anyone who purchases a “ghost gun” kit must now go through a background check, and the parts must come with serial numbers.

But here’s the problem: Biden is bypassing Congress and enacting new rules through the ATF. It’s a blatant disregard for the constitutionally mandated legislative process. In fact, a federal judge already called out Biden’s overreach back in July. The judge noted that Biden’s definition of a “firearm” goes beyond what Congress authorized the government to regulate.

Unfortunately, the Fifth Circuit declined to reverse the judge’s ruling, and now the Supreme Court has allowed the Biden administration’s scheme to move forward. The White House is using the ruling to project an image of being tough on crime, but we all know that this is just another attempt to control law-abiding citizens.

Fortunately, this is not the final decision on the matter. It is likely that this case will make its way back to the Supreme Court in the future. And when that happens, Biden’s unconstitutional power grab will hopefully be struck down. It’s just a matter of time before justice prevails.
