Once again, President Trump proves he’s the only one in Washington with the guts to call out Republican weakness. This week, Trump told Senate Republicans to finally do what’s right: end the filibuster and pass the Save America Act. This isn’t rocket science, folks. The bill simply says that if you want to vote in American elections, you have to prove you’re a citizen. That’s just common sense—but somehow, the D.C. swamp can’t seem to figure that out.
Let’s be honest, Democrats are terrified of the idea that only citizens can vote. Why? Because their entire strategy is built on ignoring our borders, handing out benefits to illegals, and then turning around and begging for their votes. Liberals scream about “democracy” out of one side of their mouth, while making a complete mockery of it on the other. They want open borders and open ballots, because they know American citizens aren’t buying their anti-American agenda anymore.

And where are the Republican senators? Hiding behind “tradition” and weak excuses. The left burned down every rule in the book to pack the courts and shove unpopular laws down our throats, but the moment conservatives have a chance to actually secure our elections, suddenly the filibuster is “sacred.” Give me a break. Trump is right: it’s time for Republicans to stop being naïve. The other side is playing to win.
Globalist elites and their media lapdogs will howl about “voter suppression.” But the only thing this law suppresses is illegal voting. It’s not racist, and it’s not extreme—it’s patriotic. Just look at other countries. Everywhere else, you need proof of citizenship to vote. Only in America do liberals pitch a fit when we try to defend our own democracy.
If Republicans don’t wake up and deliver on this, they’ll prove they’re no better than the radical leftists destroying our country. How much longer will GOP senators choose cocktail parties over the Constitution? Either they stand up for America now, or they might as well hand the keys to the same globalists who want to erase our borders and our voices. Whose side are they really on?
