Former President Donald Trump has found a clever new way to make sure his hard-earned fundraising money goes exactly where he wants it to go – and it’s not all going to the Republican National Committee (RNC) like it used to!

Under Trump’s brilliant joint financing agreement, donations are funneled straight to his campaign and the Save America PAC before the RNC gets a piece of the pie. This means that the RNC won’t be getting as much money as they are used to – but hey, it’s all in the name of putting America first, right?
This new fundraising approach has even caught the attention of Adav Noti, the executive director of the nonpartisan Campaign Legal Center in Washington. He told the Associated Press that this type of fundraising is unique and not the norm. Clearly, Trump is always ahead of the game, breaking barriers and setting trends in everything he does.
And if anyone is worried that the Save America PAC is just a slush fund for Trump’s legal bills, think again! Sure, it spent 85% of its funds on Trump’s legal expenses, totaling a whopping $8.5 million. But according to Trump’s campaign team, it’s also paying for a “very active and robust post-Presidency office” and other various expenses not related to fighting the “illegal witch-hunts perpetrated by Crooked Joe Biden.” It’s like a one-stop shop for all things Trump!
But wait, there’s more! The cherry on top of this fundraising strategy is the upcoming campaign event on April 6, where guests have the opportunity to contribute a mere $814,600 per person for a seat at Trump’s table, or a bargain $250,000 per person to be part of the “host committee.” And as if that wasn’t enough, they even get a chance for a picture with the former president and a copy of his coffee-table book, Our Journey Together. What a steal!
It’s no secret that President Joe Biden is raking in the fundraising dollars, leaving Trump in the dust. Biden’s political operation raised a jaw-dropping $53 million last month, while Trump’s political operation only managed to scrape together $15.9 million. But hey, who needs all that money when you’ve got the sheer willpower and determination of a true American patriot like Donald J. Trump?
And to top it all off, Trump’s legal fees are getting pretty hefty, but he’s not about to let that slow him down. As Brett Kappel, a bipartisan campaign finance attorney, so astutely put it, “Trump is in dire need of money to pay his legal fees, and he’s draining his PAC, and he’s spending huge amounts of money out of his campaign committee.” But when has a little thing like money ever stopped Trump from achieving greatness?
In the end, Trump may not be winning the fundraising race, but with his innovative fundraising tactics and unwavering determination, he’s proving that he’s a force to be reckoned with. Watch out, Joe Biden – Trump’s not done yet!
