Trump Predicts Jail Time for 2024 Election Cheaters, Not Himself

Former President Donald Trump is gearing up for a nail-biting November when he will find out if he’ll be doing the cha-cha in jail over alleged business record shenanigans in New York. While some might see this as a looming legal disaster for the former president, he remains confident and defiantly declared on social media that those engaging in nefarious activities—read: his opponents—are the ones who should really be sweating bullets.

In a recent post on Truth Social, Trump promised that any cheaters trying to monkey around with the 2024 election would face the harshest consequences under the law. It seems he believes that if anyone is going to face jail cells and prison bars, it should be those accused of foul play, not him. He assured his followers that when he triumphs in the upcoming election, the “depravity of justice” currently playing out will be dealt with stringently. Talk about a political fairy tale!

The former president is mobilizing his supporters with a mantra of “too big to rig,” essentially suggesting that if they turn out in droves to support him, the electoral process could be so overwhelmingly in his favor that no amount of cheating could sway the results. He argued that this goes beyond just ensuring votes are counted; it’s about a massive resurgence of patriotism at the ballot box that he believes will send cheats scrambling for cover, fearing they will be hunted down like elk in hunting season.

At a recent rally in Wisconsin, he took his election integrity crusade a step further. Trump proclaimed the urgency of halting voting improprieties, claiming that if cheating were completely eliminated, there would be no need for him to spend time away from his luxurious decor and golf courses campaigning—because victory would be a given. Such confidence might come off as bravado to some, but in Trump’s world, it’s just another day in the political arena, where winning is non-negotiable and cheating simply is not an option.

In his new book, “Save America,” Trump did not shy away from naming names, especially targeting Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, hinting that Zuckerberg could face serious consequences if he meddles illegally in this year’s election. This was fueled by Zuckerberg’s 2020 admission that his platform suppressed a Trump campaign ad over alleged Covid misinformation, which has only stoked the fires of Trump’s claims about bias and corruption among tech companies. With allegations flying faster than a baseball at a Little League game, it seems Trump isn’t going to take any prisoners—especially not in the court of public opinion.
