It’s whiplash diplomacy at its worst. One day, they say war is inevitable. Next, they talk like everything can be solved with a friendly chat at the UN. It’s enough to make your head spin.
It’s no accident that the world’s most dangerous regime feels bold enough to toy with the West. When leaders send mixed signals, it’s a recipe for disaster. Iran knows it. Israel knows it. Only the elites in Washington pretend not to notice. The left, obsessed with “diplomacy at all costs,” is leaving our allies out to dry and putting American interests at risk. Liberals love to call themselves the party of peace, but their “negotiations” end up empowering the worst regimes on earth. It’s anti-American at its core. Every time a progressive leader waffles or pushes another dreamy ceasefire, Iran sees green lights for more chaos. The so-called experts shrug and insist, “talks are progress.” Meanwhile, hard-working Americans are left wondering if their soldiers will get put in harm’s way because politicians can’t make up their minds.
It shouldn’t be this hard. The world needs leaders willing to draw lines, speak plainly, and back up their words with action. Anything less is a green light to our enemies. The chaos coming out of Iran isn’t just about a distant conflict—it’s about the West inviting danger by sending mixed messages and refusing to stand up to evil.
If Biden and his liberal buddies keep playing footsie with tyrants, should anyone be surprised when our enemies get bolder by the hour? Strong leaders keep America safe. Weakness just emboldens the wolves. Maybe it’s time the left remembered whose side they’re supposed to be on.
