Attention, patriots! The liberal agenda is at it again in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where 100 low-income entrepreneurs are set to receive their monthly handout of $528 as part of the Guaranteed Income to Grow Ann Arbor program. That’s right, folks, your hard-earned tax dollars are being doled out to these so-called “entrepreneurs” who can’t make it on their own.
This initiative, led by the University of Michigan’s Poverty Solutions team, aims to redistribute your wealth to those they deem worthy. The program began in January, and recipients are now getting their payouts on the 15th of each month. What a great way to start off the weekend, huh?

According to Kristin Seefeldt, the associate director of Poverty Solutions, this guaranteed income pilot is supposedly about celebrating residents who are “struggling to make ends meet.” But hey, who isn’t struggling these days? Maybe the hardworking taxpayers who have to foot the bill for these handouts?
The application for this free money is now closed, but last year, any self-proclaimed “entrepreneur” or small business owner in Ann Arbor could apply. All they had to do was show that their income was at or below 225% of the federal poverty line, and they could potentially qualify for even more federal assistance. It’s like they’re playing the system, folks!
It’s a shame that the liberal elites are so eager to give handouts to folks who just can’t seem to get it together. Meanwhile, the rest of us are working hard day in and day out, trying to make ends meet without any help from the government. This is just another reminder of the growing dependency on big government and the erosion of personal responsibility in our society. So, keep your wallets close, patriots, because you never know when the liberals will come knocking for more of your hard-earned money!
