Biden Admin Ducks Blame in Illegal Immigrant Murder Case

The White House finally spoke up about the grisly alleged kidnapping and murder of a University of Georgia nursing student, and surprise, surprise, they’re tip-toeing around the real issue – illegal immigration. Laken Riley, a bright and promising 22-year-old, was senselessly murdered by an illegal immigrant, Jose Antonio Ibarra, and the Biden administration is skirting the blame faster than you can say “border crisis.”

Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre expressed her condolences to Riley’s family, but when it came to addressing the real problem, she conveniently dodged the issue by deferring to law enforcement and ICE. Talk about passing the buck! And get this, she couldn’t even confirm if Biden has the guts to speak to the grieving family in the future. Come on, Joe, show some compassion for once!

The White House’s response reeked of the usual political dance around the real problem. They issued a generic statement saying that “people should be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law if they are found to be guilty.” Wow, groundbreaking. It’s like they’re reading off a tired old script while the American people are demanding action.

To add insult to injury, Athens, Georgia, where the tragedy occurred, is a sanctuary city. That’s right, the city’s policies are shielding illegal immigrants like Ibarra from facing consequences for their crimes. But leave it to the Republicans to call out Mayor Kelly Girtz’s lax policies, while the Democrats continue to turn a blind eye to the real issues at hand.

And speaking of accountability, some GOP lawmakers are finally stepping up to demand answers. Rep. Jim Jordan is not messing around. He’s given a deadline to the Department of Homeland Security to spill the beans on Ibarra’s release. We’re all waiting with bated breath to see if the Biden administration will actually own up to their colossal failures at the border.

It’s high time for the White House to step out of the political fog and take real action to protect American citizens. No more empty condolences and vague statements. We need accountability, we need transparency, and most importantly, we need our leaders to prioritize the safety and security of our country.
