The Biden administration has been accused of another instance of neglecting their responsibilities, according to a recent report released in the state of Florida. The report examines how the administration has enabled the transportation of underage individuals into the United States and has been met with criticism. A grand jury, appointed by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R), has been investigating individuals and human-smuggling networks involved in the illegal transportation of immigrants into Florida and other states, revealing this concerning revelation.

As per the report, the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) apprehended 127,447 migrant children who were unaccompanied during the previous fiscal year. This figure is about five times higher than that of 2015. However, since the inauguration of President Biden, more than 250,000 unaccompanied minors have entered the U.S.
The report presents a distressing account of the plight of unaccompanied minors under the Biden administration. These minors are frequently entrusted to unverified "sponsors," making them vulnerable to severe health conditions, criminal threats, sex and labor trafficking, and other experiences that cannot be sufficiently expressed by words alone. The grand jury singles out the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), not just for their maltreatment of unaccompanied minors but also for deceiving the public about their actions.
In response to the grand jury's report, Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody (R) issued a statement, expressing her dismay: "I am appalled by how the Biden administration and other authorities have promoted this disaster through their policies and are failing to protect hundreds of thousands of children, leaving them vulnerable to abuse and sexual assault, even after they cross the border." Moody is urging Congress to conduct an investigation and contemplate federal laws that can put an end to these misguided programs.
It is appalling that the Biden administration is knowingly abetting trafficking organizations and allowing horrific harm to happen to innocent children. As the report makes clear, Biden’s policies are facilitating the forced migration, sale, and abuse of foreign children. These policies must be stopped, and those responsible must be held accountable.
