Biden’s Approval Nosedives as Even CNN Rings Alarm Bell!

It has undeniably been a challenging week for President Joe Biden, and the latest Monmouth University Poll provides stark evidence of his administration's struggles. CNN's Dana Bash didn't pull any punches as she outlined the harsh realities facing the Biden presidency.

The poll reveals that only 26 percent of Americans approve of Biden's handling of the immigration crisis, and a mere 28 percent express confidence in his ability to address the surging inflation rates. These numbers paint a grim picture for Biden, with his administration appearing more like a sinking ship as public dissatisfaction grows.

Even the liberal media at CNN couldn't conceal their surprise at the devastating poll results. Bash's candid assessment reflected the severity of the situation: "You look at the issues and how he fares, infrastructure, jobs, climate change, inflation, immigration, he is down 26%. That is not good. It’s not good at all." This scathing commentary underscores the widespread disappointment with Biden's performance.

Adding to the woes, Democratic mayors are now openly criticizing Biden's faltering migrant policies. Mayor Eric Adams of New York bluntly stated, "We cannot continue to do the federal government’s job." This criticism from within Biden's own party highlights the erosion of support.

In an attempt to deflect blame, Biden has targeted red state governors, but this strategy is failing to sway public opinion. CNN noted the success of these governors in pushing the migrant crisis onto liberal strongholds, increasing pressure on Biden to implement substantive policy changes.

The situation worsens as only three out of ten Americans believe Biden is genuinely addressing the issues that matter to them. This level of skepticism is even lower than that faced by the previous president, indicating that the American people are not buying into Biden's messaging.

Patrick Murray of the Monmouth University Polling Institute aptly summarized the sentiment, noting, "The Biden administration keeps touting their infrastructure investments and a host of positive economic indicators. Those data points may be factual, but most Americans are still smarting from higher prices caused by post-pandemic inflation." This sentiment reflects a widespread rejection of Biden's attempts to showcase achievements amid real concerns.

With CNN adopting a surprisingly critical tone towards the Biden administration, it appears that even the liberal media may be awakening to the harsh reality of his leadership challenges. As approval ratings plummet, particularly on crucial issues like immigration and inflation, Biden faces a challenging road ahead to retain the White House in 2024, especially with the midterms looming. The outlook is indeed grim for Biden, and a bumpy ride seems inevitable in the coming months.
