Biden’s Burisma Bribe: GOP Demands Answers in Shady Dealings Probe

The left continues to throw special counsels at President Donald Trump like spaghetti at a wall, hoping something sticks. It’s getting ridiculous at this point. We’re practically up to “Friday the 13th: Part 10,” but instead of a hockey mask, we have lawyers in suits. But it’s not all bad news for Trump; the Mueller investigation ended with no evidence of Russian collusion. It turns out, the virulent anti-Trump lawyers who led the investigation couldn’t find anything to prove the mythical Russian collusion narrative. Even the FBI never found any evidence to counter the allegations made in the Clinton campaign-funded opposition research file, the Steele Dossier, that was loaded with actual Russian disinformation.

But it’s not just Trump who’s been slapped with special counsels. President Joe Biden is being investigated for mishandling classified information. And that’s not all; Senate Republicans are demanding another special counsel on top of that, looking into Biden’s role in his family’s international business dealings. Remember when smoking-gun evidence dropped that alleged Biden took a $5 million bribe from Mykola Zlochevsky, the co-founder of Burisma Holdings, in 2015-16 as part of a bribery scheme? The mainstream media didn’t exactly jump on the story, burying it after the Trump indictment news.

Well, it’s time for some accountability. Republican Senators Marsha Blackburn, JD Vance, Mike Braun and Chuck Grassley have called for Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint a special counsel to investigate the Biden family’s shady business dealings, including those with China and the alleged bribes involving Burisma Holdings. These allegations of corruption and potential wrongdoing are too significant to ignore.

But we’re not holding our breath for a special counsel to be appointed anytime soon. The left is so focused on protecting their own that they’re willing to move “heaven and earth” to make sure President Biden and his allies are shielded from any scandals or scandals that arise. Nevertheless, it’s a welcome change of pace to see Senate Republicans fighting for accountability and transparency in Washington.
