In a bold move to protect our democracy from radical Democrats, three Republican state lawmakers have announced their plans to draft legislation that would remove President Joe Biden from the ballots in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. If successful, this would make it much more difficult for Biden to secure the Democratic primary nomination and win the presidential election. These swing states are crucial for any candidate’s chances of victory.
The lawmakers behind this effort are Pennsylvania Representative Aaron Bernstine, Georgia Representative Charlice Byrd, and Arizona Representative Cory Mcgarr. They are taking a stand against the Democrats’ frequent use of “lawfare” to attack former President Donald Trump. Just this week, the Colorado Supreme Court ruled that Trump could not appear on the state’s presidential ballot due to the Constitution’s “Insurrection Clause.” The Republicans argue that, by that same interpretation of the law, Biden is ineligible to run for political office.

The lawmakers issued a statement explaining their motivation: “The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. Joe Biden’s own actions, such as his ‘insurrection’ at the southern border and alleged corrupt family business dealings with China, make him just as deserving of being removed from the ballot.”
They also pointed out that this action is not just about Biden but about the integrity of our entire election system. They criticized the Colorado Supreme Court for setting a dangerous precedent and vowed to fight back against the “communists” currently running our country.
Republicans across the nation were shocked by the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision and are now considering similar measures to block Biden from their own state ballots. While some Texas Republicans threatened action based on the administration’s open border policies, no concrete steps have been taken yet. Political strategist Cliff Maloney praised the efforts of Representatives Bernstine, Byrd, and Mcgarr, calling them “patriots” who are willing to stand up and fight for our Republic.
It is clear that the Republican Party is not willing to sit idly by while the Democrats attempt to destroy our great nation. They are ready to take action and defend our democracy from those who wish to undermine it. The fight to protect our elections and ensure fair and honest results is just beginning.
