DeSantis’s Law Dries Up Abortion Funds in FL

Well, well, well, it seems like those abortion activists in Florida are throwing a hissy fit because their so-called “rage donations” aren’t pouring in after the state’s Supreme Court upheld a fetal heartbeat law signed by the one and only Republican Governor Ron DeSantis. The law puts a halt to those gruesome abortions once a heartbeat is detected, usually around six weeks into a pregnancy. And guess what? These activists are not happy that their money train has hit a bump!

McKenna Kelley, a board member of the Tampa Bay Abortion Fund, is whining about the lack of support they’re getting, complaining that people need to pony up the cash if they really care about access to abortions. But let’s be real here, folks. Killing innocent babies shouldn’t be a cause worth supporting with your hard-earned dollars. It’s a shame that these activists care more about their political agenda than the precious lives they are advocating to end.

The Tampa Bay Abortion Fund is apparently scrambling to help women travel out of state for abortions if they miss the six-week mark. They’re even handing out cash, ranging from a measly $10 to a whopping $1,900, with an average cost of about $1,100. It’s like they’re treating abortions like a shopping spree – buy one, get one at a discount! It’s disturbing how casually they throw around money to end a life.

After the Supreme Court ruling, Kelley saw a measly bump in donations but nowhere near the cash frenzy they experienced after Roe v. Wade was overturned. It’s clear that people are waking up to the reality that abortions are not something to celebrate or fund. The fact that other abortion groups are struggling too just shows that maybe, just maybe, the tide is turning against these horrific practices.

And let’s not forget, the Florida Supreme Court also gave the green light to put an abortion amendment on the ballot in November. It’s time for the people to have a say in this crucial issue, and hopefully, they will stand up for the unborn babies who have no voice in this debate. It’s frustrating for these activists to see people celebrating the court’s decision because it means their abortion agenda is losing ground. But maybe it’s time they face the truth – the tide is turning, and protecting innocent lives is gaining momentum.
