The FBI has once again shown their blatant disregard for the rule of law by refusing to hand over a crucial document requested by Congress. This document allegedly proves that then Vice President, Joe Biden, took bribes in exchange for changes in U.S. foreign policy. It’s stunning that the FBI would think they could get away with withholding such critical information from congressional investigators.

Luckily, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has stepped up to the plate and is vowing to move forward with contempt charges against FBI Director Christopher Wray if he fails to produce the document by the end of the day. This is the kind of strong leadership we need to hold our law enforcement agencies accountable for their actions.
The whistleblower who came forward with this bombshell allegation is now protected under federal law. It’s time for the FBI to stop hiding behind their excuses and start cooperating with Congress. The American people have a right to know if their elected officials are engaging in corrupt activities.
Wray himself recently testified on Capitol Hill, but refused to provide any specifics about the document in question. This is unacceptable. The FBI director needs to stop stonewalling and start being transparent with the American people.
It’s not surprising that the FBI would try to cover up for a prominent Democrat like Biden. The deep state is clearly alive and well in our law enforcement agencies. But with leaders like McCarthy, Comer, and Grassley on the case, we can be confident that the truth will come out and justice will be served.
