First, Gaetz proposes that House Republicans demand the immediate appearance of Jack Smith before the Judiciary Committee for a transcribed interview. This demand must be met within the next 15 days, because we all know that time is of the essence when it comes to exposing the truth. If Smith dares to defy this lawful request, it is imperative that a subpoena is issued. And if he continues to evade accountability, Gaetz rightly suggests holding him in criminal contempt. This would be a groundbreaking move, making Smith the first prosecutor in American history to prosecute a case while being under criminal contempt. Talk about irony!

But Gaetz’s brilliance doesn’t stop there. He also has Attorney General Merrick Garland in his crosshairs. If Garland refuses to enforce the criminal contempt, Gaetz proposes that House Republicans take the bold step of impeaching Garland. It’s about time someone held these Democrats accountable for their hypocrisy and disregard for the rule of law.
Gaetz’s frustration is palpable when he mentions how the focus on Trump is diverting attention from the real crimes committed by the Biden family. It’s high time we put an end to this distraction and shine a light on the shady dealings of Hunter and Joe Biden. The American people deserve to know the truth, and Gaetz is determined to make sure the truth prevails.
