In an unsurprising twist of events, notorious gun control activist and Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg was caught on camera shooting a gun over the weekend. The young hypocrite, who has famously denounced the 2nd Amendment and the National Rifle Association (NRA), seems to have a selective view on gun control and the supposed dangers of firearms.

Hogg, who co-founded March for Our Lives, an organization that relentlessly advocates for stricter gun laws in the United States, took to social media over the weekend to share a video of himself firing a gun. This comes only a few days after Hogg publicly slammed the NRA and the 2nd Amendment in another video.

The NRA has done more to promote gun safety and education than any other organization in our history. We have plenty of gun laws now, just enforce the ones already on the books. If we did that Hunter and many others like him would be in jail.

While Hogg’s inconsistent views on gun control and his blatant hypocrisy have been making headlines, he continues to push for extreme measures aimed at curtailing the rights of law-abiding gun owners while disregarding the reality that guns can also serve as tools for self-defense and protection.
Perhaps this latest stunt by Hogg is nothing more than a feeble attempt to prove his relevance in the gun control conversation. However, the conservative movement will not forget the danger that individuals like Hogg pose to our constitutional rights and the laws that have kept our country safe for centuries.
