Hunter Biden Lawyers to Sue Fox News for Defamation Over Explicit Images

Attorneys for Hunter Biden are planning to sue Fox News soon for what they claim is defamation. They say that Fox News published and aired images of Hunter Biden that he believes are defamatory. The lawsuit would be in response to sexually explicit images that have been circulating online for several years. These images reportedly came from a laptop that once belonged to President Joe Biden’s son, which was left at a computer repair shop in Delaware in 2019.

Reports indicate that the computer was eventually acquired by the store’s owner before it was seized by the FBI. Hunter Biden’s legal team is alleging that the explicit images were hacked and stolen and are demanding retractions and corrections from Fox News regarding claims of bribery involving President Biden and his son.

Hunter Biden’s attorneys have been pursuing an aggressive legal and public relations strategy in recent months, including firing off letters demanding investigations into his opponents and filing lawsuits against his detractors. The legal team also wants Fox News to retract any reporting about Alexander Smirnov, a former FBI source charged with lying to federal agents about the Bidens’ alleged involvement in a scheme in Ukraine.

As of Monday afternoon, no lawsuit had been filed, but Hunter Biden’s legal representatives indicated they anticipate its filing soon. Fox News has declined to comment on the threat of the reportedly forthcoming lawsuit, but they previously stood by their reporting on claims regarding the Biden family’s involvement with a Ukrainian company.
